Does this product have a memory card in it?
There is no memory card inside the bulb camera. We don't have additional memory card, you need to buy it separately. Our package contains: 1*bulb security camera, 1*user manual, 1*installation screw, 1*E27 socket.
What is the power source on this Light bulb camera?
The light bulb camera needs 110V~220V voltage support. Screw it into the E27 bulb socket can be used.
Do I have to pay for monitoring?
You don't need to pay for monitoring. Our bulb cameras are free except for the cloud storage feature which requires a fee.
Can the light be set to turn on with motion sensor?
Our security cameras are able to do so. You need to set the light mode to "Auto". Please note: Turning on the white LED light with the motion sensor only works in "black and white night vision" mode. If your live monitoring screen is in color, the lights will not come on when motion is detected. Meaning that if you want to take effect only at night, then please set the night vision function to "Auto Night Vision". Otherwise set to "Black and white night vision", it will take effect in both day and night.
Does this Camera Light bulb fit all outside lanterns?
It is not suitable for all outdoor lanterns. Please note that when you install it upside down, the SD memory card slot will not be waterproof. So we recommend you to install it under a sheltered object, such as porch light.
Does it require a monthly subscription for use or can you record on SD card and not pay extra fees?
Our bulb security camera can be recorded with SD memory card without paying extra fee. It is completely free of charge.
This is a real light bulb too? is it led? how many watts?
Our bulb camera has 4 white LEDs, 2 on each side, and it is very bright. The safety bulb camera operates at a wattage of 2-10W and consumes a little more power when the LEDs are on.
How do I control the direction of this light bulb camera?
Once connected, the direction of the bulb camera is controlled remotely in real time via your smartphone. (You need to download the "Yilot or YCC365" App). Very simple and practical.
Can this constantly record 24/7?
Our bulb camera does exactly that. It supports SD storage and cloud storage. It can constantly loop recording 24/7 (depends on the size of your SD card (Not included), recommended size is 64G). With the playback function, you can play back your great moments and keep any footage recorded by the camera.
Will this camera track someone who enters a storage garage in the middle of the night and will it record the enter?
Our bulb cameras have features such as motion tracking, superior night vision, loop recording, etc. If someone enters your storage room, it can keep track of them and will record the whole process.
Please note that our bulb cam does not come with batteries, so you will need to keep the power on and insert the SD memory card correctly. You need to turn on the motion tracking, motion detection and try to see if the playback function works.
Can i turn the led lights on and off from the phone app?
You can certainly do that. Our bulb camera can only turn the LEDs light on and off via the phone app.
The lights have three modes you can set.
â‘ Turn on or off remotely via phone.
â‘¡ Set to turn on at a certain time period.
â‘¢ Automatically light up when a moving object is detected.
